Today, Jon empowers teams and individuals to achieve fulfillment, both in their work with WorldVentures and at home.

Kyle Lowe, Vice President of International

Vice President of International Kyle Lowe is WorldVentures' very own globetrotter. Since he joined the company in 2009, Kyle has been at the helm of WorldVentures' expansion outside the United States, introducing new markets to the idea of Make a living... Living! He works with the WorldVentures executive team and leaders in the field, designing and implementing strategies to ensure Representatives in international markets have what they need to be successful. Kyle is a leading authority in global expansion operations and strategy for network marketing and direct sales companies, having helped multiple firms develop a presence in more than 100 countries worldwide. He lived in Europe, Asia, and North and South America before making his home near the WorldVentures corporate office in Dallas.

Marc Accetta, International Director of Training

International Director of Training (or "head coach" or "drill sergeant") Marc Accetta is a man of many faces. Since he joined WorldVentures full time in 2006, he's taken even the most advanced training and made it easy to comprehend by presenting it in his own fun, unique way. Marc has also done a masterful job of grooming dozens of field leaders to become exceptional trainers. This power-house team now trains tens of thousands of WorldVentures Reps around the world each year.

Before Marc joined WorldVentures, he achieved exceptional success in the field, becoming one of the top earners in several companies over a 21-year span. He and his wife, Kelly, live in Dallas and have two amazing teenage daughters. They serve on the Collin County board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Texas and are very involved with the Manifest Foundation.

Trainers

Bethany Webster—National Marketing Director

With a career that started in the medical field as a part-time nurse and full-time photographer, Bethany Webster has maintained a calling to help and assist. Whether it was helping those looking for alternative ways to produce a residual income or take the vacation of their dreams, Bethany has been there to light a fire and share her drive, motivation and passion to help others achieve their goals.

A little more than four years ago, Bethany discovered WorldVentures, just as her son turned 2. As a single mom, holding down multiple jobs, she was looking for a way to create an income that would allow her to spend more time at home and less time worrying about the day-to-day challenges. With a DVD and a cell phone in hand, Bethany's life started to change. In just a few months, the WorldVentures business opportunity was able to provide her with the chance to have more time, freedom and income then she ever thought possible.

Now, after building a team in the thousands, Bethany is among the elite numbers who can retire successfully in their 30s. Bethany's story is proof that "it just works." With a lot of determination and a little inspiration, the impossible can become possible.

Peter Powderham—National Marketing Director

With decades in network marketing under his belt, it's no wonder top earner Peter Powderham has found a home at WorldVentures. Since he became a fixture in the industry in 1980, the former London police officer has been the top earner for three companies. He has represented the U.K. Direct Selling Association, World Federation DSA and U.K. DSA Legal Task Force. Peter specialized in helping companies expand internationally, and served in numerous senior corporate positions.

In 2008, he decided to retire from the industry and spend time with his wife, Mary, at their three homes. It took WorldVentures to bring him out of retirement in 2010. Peter says that after studying the company for nine months, he realized this company is the next dynasty—and an opportunity he couldn't afford to miss out on. Today, Peter is leading the charge in the U.K., introducing prospects to the idea of Make a living... Living! and helping WorldVentures become the sixth company he's worked with to reach the $1 billion mark.

Jeremy Larsen—National Marketing Director

Combine "an obsessive desire to travel," a lot of hard work with a major dose of enthusiasm, and you get Jeremy Larsen. The self-described "Hodomaniac" is now a National Marketing Director who's gone from working 50 to 60 hours a week to becoming one of WorldVentures' most dynamic WorldVentures Reps.

He says he was emailed his friend's marketing website, pressed "2," and the rest is history—Jeremy joined WorldVentures! Completely amazed by the idea and full of energy, enthusiasm and a sense of purpose to get things going, he experienced several obstacles, including the fear of what his family and friends would think about him and the company. But he realized that if he could just succeed, his life would change in ways he'd always dreamt about.

So he went to work, helping create the "Hodomaniacs," one of the fastest-producing teams in the company; attending every Super Saturday, regional and national event; becoming a trainer—and continuing to climb the ranks. During his session in Vegas, he'll instill a high level of belief and excitement in attendees, helping everyone leave Las Vegas with a case of "Hodomania"!
